These Terms and Policies ("Terms") govern our relationship with clients, job seekers, and other stakeholders. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Definitions:
1. Client: A company, organization, or individual seeking recruitment services from us.2. Job Seeker: An individual seeking employment or career guidance through our services.3. Services: Our recruitment, HR consulting, and other related services.
Services and Fees:
1. Fees: Our fees are as outlined in our Fee Schedule, which may be updated from time to time.2. Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.3. Services: We will provide services as outlined in our proposal or agreement with the Client.
Client Responsibilities:
1. Provide Information: Clients must provide accurate and timely information about job requirements and company policies.2. Job Postings: Clients are responsible for ensuring job postings are accurate and comply with laws and regulations.
Job Seeker Responsibilities:
1. Registration: Job seekers must register with us and provide accurate information.2. Profile Updates: Job seekers must keep their profiles updated and respond to our communications.
Confidentiality:
1. Confidential Information: We will maintain confidentiality of client and job seeker information.2. Exceptions: We may disclose information as required by law or with consent.
Intellectual Property:
1. Ownership: All intellectual property created by us remains our property.
Disclaimer:
1. No Guarantee: We do not guarantee placement or employment.
Limitation of Liability:
1. Liability: Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client.
Termination:
1. Termination: Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice.
Governing Law:
1. Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by Indian laws, and disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Kolhapur.
Changes to Terms:
1. Updates: We may update these Terms, and changes will be effective immediately.
